Size – Tiles are displayed as their 'nominal size' for simplicity. Eg 300x600mm. The actual tile size may vary slightly from this depending on manufacturer. Eg 297x601mm. Please factor in actual size when figuring out if different tile grout joints or patterns will line up.
Batching –The colour, shade, size and texture of tiles can vary from batch to batch. If you are placing an additional order to match with existing tiles, please contactsales@tilecloud.com.au to make sure the batch is the same.
SHIPPING
Shipping currently takes between 5-14 working days. The shipping cost is based on your postcode and is calculated during checkout. We offer a flat rate regardless of order size, pricing starts from $70 and varies depending on the state you live in. Please refer to our help centre for a full breakdown of prices and est. delivery times. TileCloud doesn't currently offer an express shipping option. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, TileCloud will replace the affected tiles. Please document any damage or issues with photos (ideally still in original packaging) to help identify the cause so we can continue to make our service better in the future.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Together with our real-time ordering system, TileCloud commences orders immediately on confirmation. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind. To assist customers in the decision making process, we encourage you to utilize our 5 samples for $15 service so you know exactly what you are getting prior to placing your order. All tiles can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to TileCloud's Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.

Very happy with these tiles..we put these in our butlers pantry and used a dark grey grout and they look great. Delivery as also quick and smooth.. Would definitely recommend.

We love our Coogee Antique mosaic tiles
We are so pleased with these tiles. The light grey grout suggested by Tile Cloud is perfect . We weren't sure how many tiles to order, so gave our kitchen measurements to Tile Cloud and they told us the quantity we should order, including 10% extra which was perfect. The customer service was excellent.
